Permit: 12636Welcome to Always Summer! Stunning 4-bedroom, 4.5 Bath home on the Balboa Peninsula. Only one house to the Bay and 5 houses to the beach, it's the ideal location for your vacation, or staycation.

Check-in or check-out not permitted on holidays.
We reserve the right to decline reservations which may create a gap in the calendar.

Guests are required to sign and complete a separate reservation agreement which must be signed and returned along with Photo ID.

This is not a party house. The City has enacted strict noise rules. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. Guests must agree to abide by the quiet hour and noise rules as the City will respond immediately 24/7. Guests will be fined, removed from the property with no refund. Management is close by and will react to any loud noise or music, and may ask guests to leave even if the City has not been called.
Additional guests or gatherings are not allowed. No events.

Parking is allowed for standard size vehicles in the attached two-car garage. Parking behind the garage is not allowed at any time, not even for drop off. The garage door must be kept closed at all times.
