Some friends and I rented this property for a weekend. The place was clean, the kitchen appliances were good, bedrooms were nice. And a full size laundry washer & dryer too! A good value for a family stay in Anaheim!<br/><br/>Things that could be improved: the barbecue needs to be repaired or replaced (didn’t get hot enough to grill). Always wonderful

We waited too long and it was too far to walk, but the house was the usual Valerie 5 stars. The worst thing about it was that the bathroom door squeaked. Personally, I think you'd have to be nuts to do AirB&B, which from my experience is at best a coin toss, when you can be assured of a great place with Valerie.

The home was well appointed and great for our small kids. Housekeeping was there when we arrived and it took them a little bit to finish up but they did a great job and we had no complaints about cleanliness. I contacted the host for a door code and she got right back to me. I would recommend staying here.

One of my guests even opted to sleep on the living room sofa. The back yard was very large though the grass needed mowing. There is a BBQ and fire pit but no way to light either. The kitchen was well appointed and dishwasher worked well. But, the coffee maker had a broken filter basket that had been duct taped back together and the water heater was hit and miss. Sometimes a nice hot shower. Sometimes a cold shower after only a couple of minutes. Exhaust fans in the bathrooms would be a nice addition as well.
Overall, a very nice place with just a few issues that are easily remedied.

Great House for our stay

We took an Uber to Disney for $10, got groceries and food delivered for our stay. The backyard had a lemon and lime tree which our kids thought was pretty cool.

Clean, cool and the ping pong table in the garage was a bonus the whole family enjoyed. Nice sitting areas outside with shade when its hot and a firepit when it's not. So, so much better than renting a couple of hotel rooms for the group. We would stay here again for sure.

Cali Vacation 2018

Kitchen has corian counters and new dishwasher, oven and microwave plus a large pantry. It opens onto the Dining/Family room that features a wood burning fireplace. Original wood floors throughout partially covered with carpet. Large living room with picture windows and doors to extra large backyard.
You'll sleep in comfort in our firm yet soft mattresses and crisp linens. Bedroom arrangements include:

Bedroom #3 - Two sets of Bunk Beds - One set has Twin on bottom and Twin on top. The other set has Full/Futon on bottom and Twin on top.

According to Anaheim City STR Ordinance, guests are to sign a Reservation Agreement which will be sent in a separate email after the Reservation is accepted. After the signed Reservation Agreement is received, Check-in instructions will be sent which includes check-in and check-out times, check-out list and other helpful information to make your visit enjoyable.

+ Max occupancy: Max occupancy 9 individuals including children and infants. (7 adults max) Adding additional guests after the reservation is confirmed may result in added charges. No additional guests are allowed at the home at any time, no gatherings, events.
+ Min stay: 3 nights
+ Parking: 2-3 cars max. in driveway. No street parking, passenger vans, RVs or trailers. Cars must not encroach into sidewalk. No parking on street.
+ City Mandated “quiet time” from 10 pm to 9 am. Outdoor facilities including Patio, Garage game rooms, BBQ, Back Yard are off limits during these times.
+ Guests agree to comply with the city requirements or they will be subject to fines, civil actions and or criminal prosecutions related to the violation.
+ We reserve the right to decline a reservation which results in a 2-day gap in our calendar
+ You must be 25 years old to rent one of our properties
