Relax in a Living Room complete with Fireplace, 60” Flat Screen TV with DVR!!! , plus Comfy Sofas and Chairs. We’ve included Cable TV, so all your favorite shows and channels are just a click away. The large and open Living Area makes this a perfect for gatherings with family and friends.
State-of-the-Art Kitchen features Stainless Steel Appliances, Granite Counters, Custom Cabinets. Fully equipped and stocked, you’ll find everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal for family and friends. Or, whip up a simple meal or snack before heading out for a day of fun at Disneyland or sightseeing. The large kitchen is perfect to set out a buffet or serve family style.
The dining room table offers seating for 6 (plus high chair).
Each of our well-designed bedrooms in the single-story home feature comfortable, plush bedding to provide you the most restful nights. You’ll wake up ready for your adventure or busy day ahead. This sprawling 3-bedroom home features a King suite, Queen suite and a bedroom with two sets of twin beds. The King suite features a 55” flat-screen television with HD receiver, ideal for watching sports, news or your favorite show or movies. The Queen suite includes a Queen size bed with luxurious bedding and Flat-screen TV.
The “Bunk room” features a set of twin bunk beds, 2 separate Twin beds, children’s books, children’s videos and toys. Mattresses are comfy enough for kids. Focused on your comfort, we have prepared our home with one thought in mind – to make your stay enjoyable, comfortable and pleasant!
The tankless hot water heater provides endless hot water so there’s enough hot water for everyone!
Need to work away from home? Or work out? The game room complete with a desk, TV and seating area.
Our Pool-Side Paradise. Everything you could dream in a California vacation is here for you! Swim day or evening in your private pool. Pamper yourself, relax in the spa! Dine outdoors at the BBQ bar or table (there’s even a picnic table for the kids!), take a nap or read a book. Tropical enchantment!
Located about 3 miles to Disneyland, our Groovy Getaway home is a special place to stay. Wherever your vacation or travel plans take you, our home is the ideal home away from home while in Southern California.
With space for the whole family, our home is the perfect place to stay.

Regulatory Permit #REG2019-00054

City of Anaheim Requirements:

+ Max occupancy: Max occupancy 9 individuals including children and infants. (6 adults max) Adding additional guests after the reservation is confirmed may result in added charges. No additional guests are allowed at the home at any time, no gatherings, events.

+ Min stay: 3 nights

+ Parking: 2 cars max. in driveway. No passenger vans, RVs or trailers. Cars must not encroach into sidewalk. No parking on street.

+ City Mandated “quiet time” from 10 pm to 9 am. Outdoor facilities including Pool, Patio, Garage game rooms, BBQ, Back Yard are off limits during these times.

+ Guests agree to comply with the city requirements or they will be subject to fines, civil actions and or criminal prosecutions related to the violation.

+ We reserve the right to decline a reservation which results in a 2-day gap in our calendar

+ Minimum age 25

+ No Smoking, No Pets

This vacation rental was fantastic! The location is central for outings to LA and San Diego, is close to all amenities and is a stone's throw from Disneyland. We all appreciated the privacy, quiet and the livability of this home. It is the perfect spot for a family vacation and is its own little resort. All of our family absolutely loved this rental!

We had a great time at Valerie’s place. The home had everything we needed for an excellent vacation and Valerie was wonderful to work with. It was super convenient and inexpensive to take Lyft rides to Disney from this home - way cheaper than paying to park! The home was spotless and well equipped.

This weekend was to celebrate my girlfriends birthday. All she asked for was a private location with a pool. But this was so much more than that. Absolutely exceeded our expectations from warming up the pool to having everything you need when going on a mini vacation. “The welcoming cards as soon as you walk in (my favorite cause I’m weird like that, just appreciated it I guess)” is what my gf said...and also Clean towels, to blow dryer, to pots and pans and cups and glass and little glass shots, to the game room, kids adorable bedroom, i can go on. Definitely worth every dollar:) most definitely recommended!!!

The estate was well maintained and very homey. Valerie was very professional from beginning to end. My fellow guests and I were worried initially about all the rules posted on the walls, but it definitely kept us accountable. I would definitely come again.

Had a great 2 weeks holiday in LA the rental property was extremely clean and tidy and ideally situated for the various theme parks and other attractions we wanted to visit/see. The pool was a great attraction for my 4 grandchildren who were in it everyday. The rental was as shown in the photos although a title tired, but this would not stop us from rebooking it should we ever return to LA or recommending it to others.

Really enjoyd the layout and cleanliness of the home. Lots to do for kids and teens. Perfect for entering or BBQs. Valerie was very pleasant and attentive. Only thing I would like to see change was larger selection of pots and bakeware... The BBQ was difficult to operate but then I figured out it was out of gas! hahaa...

We did have to fill the propane as both tanks on site were empty... but since I broke the coffee pot and she was so kind as to not charge me... I think that was a fair trade! I immediately requested to book in June... If she lets us rent again we will be back often!

Wonderful layout... perfect for families or small groups.

I found Valerie's site by accident when looking on VRBO, when I was originally contacted ... I decided to use her site directly.

The House was exactly what I expected a Mid Century Modern home. It was Nice, Airy, and Great for Mine & My Sisters Family. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool, plenty of linens, and quiet neighborhood.
I would highly recommend Valerie's Service & Her Team is Very Accomodating & Always Available to Help! I plan on coming back down next year & rent the same house. Close to Grocery, shopping & Huntington Beach.

Only thing that would make it better is if there was some cleaning supplies available, or a vacuum ... my inner clean freak coming out. But other than that, We had a Great Family Trip for all 8 of us!!! We'll be back ... Mahalo Nui Loa Valerie!!!

The house is a short drive to Huntington Beach which was awesome! The pool and hot tub were great after a day out and about. The only thing that would have made that area better was lounge chairs to really kick back and relax. Valerie was great to work with when we had any issues or questions.

Great Place to stay if you are looking for some R&R in So-cal.

The pool was a great way to wind down after disneyland, and there were plenty of grocery stores nearby to stock up a few essentials. the neighborhood was quiet, and the shade nearby kept the place nice and cool the entire time.

Watch out for the City of Anaheim renters fee though as Airbnb tacks on an extra fee on top of it when collecting it via their website. Valerie was more than accommodating through the confusing process though, and threw in free pool heating to compensate.

Very nice retro looking home. Very comfortable for all 7 of our group. Very close drive to disney. Too many rules for this Texas family. We were not used to having to be inside after 10pm especially with a pool and hot tub, we are on vacation. The only bad thing about the home was that the water pressure in the showers was very low and would run out of hot water within 5 minutes. Other than the city ordinances and water I would highly recommend this home for visiting Anaheim or Disneyland.

The homeowner (Valerie) was wonderfully helpful, and the home was a perfect fit! Game room was great for the kids, filled with games, an air hockey table, and more! Pool and hot tub were clean and refreshing. House is a little less than 10 minutes' drive to Disney, so it's a great location if you're doing that or the beach. Wish we could have stayed another day--it was so fun!

7 of us spent 11 day at this home.... It is really nice.. Very clean..beds comfy and bedding really clean. The pool and hot tub were great and enjoyed by all.the pictures are very much as the property is. We were a bit disappointed by the distance to Disneyland..you certainly need a car.. Not really a problem for us as we had one..I don't believe the shuttle service would have worked their either..could be wrong on that.
Val was very nice when I spoke to her but not great with responding to questions...
All said a very nice place to stay for a souther California adventure

This is a wonderful rental for families! Valerie (from the rental agency) was prompt, respectful, helpful and answered on the first ring every time I called. The pool, hot tub and game room provided a space for everyone in the family. Less than a mile from Disney, 2 miles from Knotts Berry Farm and 15 mins from the beach ; we couldn't ask for a better location. Having a fully functional / equipped kitchen and a laundry room was the icing on the cake.

Highly recommended and would definitely return :)

This is a modern, stylish and spacious property - within 10 mins drive of the Disney Parks. Located in a quiet residential neighbourhood, the garden is totally enclosed and private. Décor and furnishings were of a high quality and very well maintained. Any small problems were sorted quickly. The games room was a bonus for teenagers and the pool and hot tub were great for relaxing after a day in the parks. Would use this property again and recommend to friends.

This house is a great home base for a family trip to Disneyland and greater LA. We went with our 9 and 11 year old boys for five days. We went to the theme parks on two of the days and spent the other days tooling around LA and swimming in the pool at the house. Highly recommended.

Excellent placing of home! Literally 7 min from Disneyland and Knotts berry farm! Quiet neighborhood, air conditioning worked great, loved the pool and hot tub! Towels, dishes, pots and pans were supplied. Some spices were there already too. Nice size house. Looks bigger in the pictures. Close to shopping marts such as Target and Walmart. Perched in a Spanish neighborhood so there are a lot of Mexican restaurants and grocery marts nearby.

This was our first time to stay at a non-hotel location, and it exceeded all expectations. The house was spotless and very comfortable. The grandkids loved the Mickey Mouse waffle maker. The pool and hot tub were very big hits, helping revive us all after a weary day at a theme park. The neighborhood was quiet and safe.

A few of us stayed at this location and we had an awesome time. Everything was clean and tidy. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. The enterior is the best place by far. Very spacious and cosy. Can't wait to return next year.

We planned a family vacation of seven adults and two small children and it was a perfect place to stay. This place had plenty of place to stay. Lots of amenities for cooking, towels, bedding etc. We loved the outdoor space. Safe enough to protect the little ones from the pool when not in use and a great space to all hang out from the pool, to the hot tub, to the bar, and grilling. The location was great minutes to Disney and not far when we went to Santa Monica and Malibu as well. Highly recommend this place. The owner was also very helpful and responsive.

We had a great time at staying Valerie's place for our family vacation. The place was big enough to eat together and everyone can have his or her own space. The kitchen was fully equipped so you can cook your own meal. The house is pretty close to Disneyland and also the highway, it takes 30 min to go to Los Angeles. The house location is very convenient. The neighborhood was safe, quite and nice. Overall, that was a great stay. Thank you.

This was our first Airbnb rental and it was great. The home was very clean. Pool and hot tub were very nice. Kitchen did not have a lot of pots/pans but enough so we could cook what we wanted. Would recommend getting a new frying pan though. Bedrooms were plenty big enough with nice bedding. Bathrooms were a little on the small side but exactly what you would expect for the age of the house.

Overall a fantastic stay and when we come back to California will definitely consider staying here again!

From the beginning to the end our stay was so seamless, though we didn't get to meet Valerie she responded to every text, or call if we had to reach her. My relatives arrived and the instructions were simple, the house was clean and neat. We unpacked and unwinded, ordered food in and bought some stuff for our stay!, Jacuzzi was hot and ready as promised, game room was fun and everything else was there for us to enjoy. Kitchen utensils, wine glasses, towels, soap etc. Disneyland was about 10-12 minutes away not a bad drive there and back, so very convienient. What we loved most about this stay is that we didn't have to share any rooms or even the pool with anyone because it was our home for our stay... it was amazing.

I didn't quite know what we were getting into when we pulled up in the driveway. All you can see is the garage. However, once we got inside, it was a totally different story. It was amazing!! Comfortable beds, great details, clean, and roomy. We will stay here again, definitely. Valerie pays attention to the little things that make a house a home. We loved it.

We were more than pleased with this rental home. Everything was as described. The location is ideal. The only issue I had was the first night we got there the pool was extremely cold (We paid for heated) and when I contacted Valerie she answered right away and had someone come out the next morning and turn it on. I appreciated the prompt service. I will say that the dryer in the home doesn't work that great. However, it works. We learned that the hard way the first load. We had to run it numerous times for it to dry. However, this being said did not change my opinion on the home whatsoever. Just merely a heads up to the next renter, don't put them in the dryer an hour or so before you need them.

Overall, I'd recommend this home to everyone. I would definitely stay there again.
