With a large great room, 3 Bedrooms and 2 Baths, this home provides the features you desire in a vacation home: all new furnishings, plenty of seating and space, no crowded feeling! Located about 1 mile from Disneyland, you can come home for a break and go back for more afternoon fun.

New beds with comfy mattresses. In the master bedroom, you'll have a King bed. Bedroom #2 has a Queen bed. Adults and children alike will love the bunk beds in Bedroom #3. One set has a Full on the bottom and a Twin on top. The other has two Twins.

A convenient kitchen makes meal preparation easy for lunches or special dinners. Our dining table has seating for 8 plus a high chair for your little one. If grilling outside is your style, we've got you covered. Put your steaks, burgers or hot dogs on the outdoor gas BBQ and enjoy!

How about a day at home of rest and relaxation? The large backyard offers lots of space for a game of soccer, catch, croquet, or simply soaking in the sun. Looking for space to spread out inside? You'll love the great room! There are three sofas, so there's plenty of seating for everyone! Plus a game table - Scrabble or Monopoly anyone? The game table is perfect for that. Need to work away from home? Open up your laptop and catch up on work while you plan your activities. Watch movies, sports or your favorite shows on the 48" TV in the great room! There's another TV in the Master Bedroom, too!

We love children! A stroller, high chair, and pack n play is available, so you don't have to drag these along on the airplane! We're proud to offer the amenities you'll appreciate. Luxury linens (we even iron the pillowcases!) on each bed. You'll have plenty of fluffy towels in each bathroom. For your convenience, we even provide soaps, detergent, and other little items you don't want to have to bring along. You'll be thrilled with the magical display of Disneyland fireworks at night! Watch them right out your front door! They're so close, you can even hear the music from Disneyland! We're excited to welcome you! Be our guests! We look forward to seeing you soon!

The Neighborhood- Soooo Close to Disneyland! Established Residential Neighborhood! Getting Around- Close enough to Walk to Disneyland. Public Transportation close by. Take ART to Anaheim Garden Walk. Shopping is conveniently located.Other Things to Note- Did we mention the magical view of the Disneyland fireworks from the front yard?!

Regulatory Permit #REG2014-00157
+ According to Anaheim City STR Ordinance, guests are to sign a Reservation Agreement which will be sent in a separate email after the Reservation is accepted. When the signed Reservation Agreement is received, check-in instructions will be emailed and includes check-in and check-out times, check-out list and other helpful information.

+ Max occupancy: Max occupancy 9 individuals including children and infants. (8 adults max) Adding additional guests after the reservation is confirmed may result in added charges. No additional guests are allowed at the home at any time, no gatherings, events.

+ Min stay: 3 nights

+ Parking: 2-3 cars max. in driveway. No passenger vans, RVs or trailers. Cars must not encroach into sidewalk. No parking on street.

+ City Mandated “quiet time” from 10 pm to 9 am. Outdoor facilities including Patio, Garage game rooms, BBQ, Back Yard are off limits during these times.

+ Guests agree to comply with the city requirements or they will be subject to fines, civil actions and or criminal prosecutions related to the violation.

+ We reserve the right to decline a reservation which results in a 2-day gap in our calendar

+ You must be 25 years old to rent one of our properties

Wonderful place we really enjoyed to stay in Valerie's place ,the neighborhood it's really nice, it's a perfect for family whit kids, the place it's really close to stores restaurants. We fell security to walk around the neighborhood. The place it has enough parking space. I will use this place in the future if is available. And definitely recommend to my friends.

The space was spacious and very clean. Everything was clearly communicated ahead of time, so I more or less knew what to expect. Host would respond to my questions quickly when I had them. My biggest feedback is that there were only two coffee mugs when I had my family of 9 staying on the property, so I did go purchase more on my own. Not a big deal, just a minor inconvenience. Wish we had been given more toilet paper as well for the length of our stay, but I did read the description detailing supplies provided so again, I knew what to expect. Backyard space was nice for my kids and the large living room was enjoyed by my larger family during our stay. Quick drive to Disneyland parking garages, and manageable to walk to (but not recommended if walking in Disney parks all day).

My family and I had a nice stay - the kids loved the bunk beds, and we all enjoyed the spacious living room, cozy couch, large dining table, fenced in backyard, and the nightly fireworks. I appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was with tools and the responsiveness of the property manager for any questions.
Heads up - the curtains have all been taken down so there are only blinds in the rooms and they become very bright in the morning. The walk to the Disneyland gates is closer to 35 minutes - nice and flat sidewalks. The nightly fireworks are loud, but the AC is also loud and it surprisingly drowns out the firework sounds from the rooms, so we’d just turn it on soon before the show started and our kids wouldn’t wake up.
There wasn’t a game room as advertised, and the backyard no longer has the shaded pergola. The guest bathroom faucet needs to be replaced as its water flow is more of a spray, and the master bedroom sheets are a bit rough.
The house was clean and the neighbors are friendly and welcoming. I think with a few small updates we’d be back. We made wonderful memories here

Great family home close to Disneyland. The house was very easy to get from freeway. Less than 2 min from parking lots of Disneyland. Our family chose to park than walk, however if I had older kids it could of been done.
The house is very clean and keep up. Our family went to Disneyland all of our stay so we didn't spend much time in the home. Beds are very comfortable. Check in and check out was very convenient with a lock box for your keys.
the home is so close that the first night as we were arriving the fireworks started and we watched from the front yard.

We loved this home! Not only was the house super clean and comfortable, but the location was great as well! It was literally a $5 uber to all the places we needed to go. We also got an amazing view of the fireworks right from the front yard . I would definitely stay here again.

The house was clean and I loved the living room especially. It's very big and the couches were very comfortable. Love the color scheme as well. The kitchen was clean and everything was in working order. Plenty of room for us. The bedrooms were nicely decorated however the bed hurt our back and neck. The couch was much more comfortable so I slept there. Bathrooms nice and clean. We also took advantage of the games in the hall closet which was fun. PLENTY of extra linens, pillows, blankets, whatever we needed. The dining table was great size to fit everybody. It was nice to have washer and dryer but I was surprised to see a note along with some detergent that said you can only use our detergent to wash the towels. If you want to wash your clothes you have to buy your own detergent. A little inconvenient and not sure why. House was located pretty close to everything, food, stores like Target, and of course Disney. One night we stood out front watching the fireworks show that Disney was putting on. It was great!

Very comfortable house, very clean and had everything you need . Also extremely close to Disney land park and you could see the fireworks at night from the front yard! I would really recommend it to anyone. We were there almost every day just at night and left after having breakfast there every day and we felt very comfortable and the master bedroom has tv with cable so that was nice!

This place is a dream. Literally 5 minutes from Disneyland (makes getting there at opening time so easy!), super clean and comfortable, and great communication with the host. We’ve never had better lodging in Anaheim.

Good place for families visiting Disneyland. It's close but not walkable. House was clean and all mentioned amenities were present. No street parking, but garage holds 2 cars and driveway 2. About 7-8 min drive from Disney Downtown entrance.

We stayed at the property because we needed a place for our family to stay. My youngest son was getting married in Newport Beach. We did not want to stay at a hotel for two weeks, so a rental was the best option. This house is very comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. It has a very convenient location, close to major highway, gas stations and supermarkets. The Disney fireworks were a big treat. You can walk to Disney or hop on the ART (Anaheim Resort Transportation )fee is $5.00 and you can get picked up at the hotels near by, Holiday Inn and Marriott, ride in air conditioned mini bus right to the park, then take the same bus back to where you started. VERY NICE!! We felt very safe while we stayed at this property and when we walked about the neighborhood.

This was a great location while visiting Disneyland. Very convenient and easy Uber ride to Disney for less than $5 for a family. Very nice and informative neighbor. You can watch the fireworks from the front yard. The home itself was very nice, roomy and clean. Valerie is very nice & helpful!
