This Home (Not a Condo) is the Ideal Place for families relocating, need a place to stay while working away from home, or those on an extended vacation. Why stay in a hotel or stuffy apartment? Only 1/2 Block to the Convention Center! Only 1/2 Mile to Disneyland! You can take a mid-day break and go back to the Magic Kingdom for the Main Street Parade and Fireworks at night! Close to Freeways, UCI Medical Center, CHOC, financial and business centers.

With New Flooring and Brand New Furniture throughout, you'll find a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. Everything you need is here to make sure your vacation stay is FUN and ENJOYABLE! Whether an extended vacation, Business Travel, Relocation, Corporate Stay - We've got you covered!

Three spacious and nicely-appointed bedrooms offer a restful retreat. The Master Bedroom offers a King-Size Bed with Pillow-Top Mattress plus luxurious linens. You'll sleep peacefully and be ready for another day of fun! Your own Flat-Screen TV allows you to watch your choice of Sports, Movies or programs!

A Queen-Size Bed in the Second Bedroom is also brand new and comes complete with crisp luxurious linens. In case you need to work, or pull out your Laptop, the desk provides space for just that!

Decorated to make any time fun time, Bedroom #3 with two sets of Bunk Beds - One with a Full on the Bottom and Twin on Top, the other Bunk Bed has a Twin on the Bottom and a Twin on the Top. Easily sleeps 5. Books, toys and games are in ample supply to keep guests occupied and little ones busy.

Both Baths have recently been remodeled and are stocked with a generous supply of fluffy white towels and bath amenities.

Tired of eating out all the time! You'll feel at home cooking in the remodeled Kitchen with new Appliances and Granite Countertops. A full supply of Dishes, Utensils, Cooking Tools, Pots and Pans, Blender, Coffee Pot, Toaster will make it easy to prepare a quick snack before heading out to a day of travel, touring or business. A few ingredients from the nearby market and your can easily prepare a gourmet meal for the family and group.

Wishing for a Family Night? The large High Definition TV offers an easy way to watch your favorite movie, cheer for your favorite team! Or, select from the variety of movies offered for your enjoyment. With FREE Wi-Fi and cable TV included, you'll easily be connected to the outside world.

Located about 1/2 Block from the Convention Center and about 1/2 Mile from Disneyland, there are few vacation homes this convenient. You can easily walk (or drive short distances) to entertainment centers, amusement parks, shopping, dozens of outstanding restaurants and world-class shopping. But with all of the amenities inside, you may not even want to leave the condo!

Parking: 2 -3 cars max. No street parking, passenger vans, RVs or trailers.
Cars must park in such as way as not to extend over sidewalk
Good Neighbor Policy mandated “quiet time” from 10 pm to 7 am. Outdoor facilities including Patio, and Back Yard are off limits during these times.
